Offer free counselling for Mens Mental Health on local radio and have weekly group meetings.

Lions ABC amateur Boxing club 

Train hard fight easy have been coaching and mentoring children, youth and adults both male and female for over 20 years. Not only producing regional, national and European Champions but also just as importantly taking young people off the streets and into the gym to teach discipline and respect while also holding boxercise and women only classes for weight loss and fitness. All of the coaches and secretaries work and coach on a voluntary basis. The classes have not raised the admission fee for over 10 years and is still only £2 per session.
